From Rosmarin Weddings and Events... Katya and Roy are a very interesting and extraordinary couple. Katya was born in a small Russian town, has worked for a long time as a flight attendant, and Roy, a Dutchman, though from his frequent travels for work, can probably be called "a man of peace". Currently living together in Oslo, they met each other in Moscow, when Roy headed there for work.

When Katya received the proposal (which was very romantic and quite a surprise) the biggest question appeared – what venue for the main day. From the beginning they were considering Moscow, but it was not the story which they dreamed of. Outdoor city ceremonies didn’t seemed so original to people who have seen half of the world. There was great work in choosing location and finally the insanely beautiful, green Corfu was chosen. The complex of three private villas, which could accommodate all the guests and where we organized the gentle, romantic wedding ceremony and dinner.

As for palette, we chose pale lemon colors, gray and silver. This palette was perfectly fitted into the surroundings and gently contrasted with a rich greenery all around. Pastel printings in a watercolor style perfectly complemented the whole concept. It should be noted that the guests carefully responded to the bride’s request and chose outfits matching these colors.

The villa was a wonderful wedding location. First, comfortable for all guests, and no need to organize additional transfers.. Secondly, such a beautiful interior and the beautiful nature all around contributed to the wedding photos, which were captured by the talented Julia Kaptelova. Third, for a small family wedding (and in this case, only 30 guests), the villa was incredibly cozy and a great atmospheric decision.

It was a very touching day, Roy cried twice, Kate as the bride, of course, too. There was a lot of warm words from friends and family, fun and dancing. At the end of the evening, the village Barbati, where the villa is located, lit up from fireworks.
